“Check-in was super easy and the front desk attendant was able to provide us with early check-in so that we could get ready for a wedding. The lobby was clean and it looked like they had a great little breakfast area for the mornings. Conveniently located right off the highway for easy access.”

“The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. The bar was fabulous and fun, we dined there the first night, however the formal dining room on the second was incredibly disappointing. The food lacked……

“Rooms definitely are needing an update and total renovation. lots of mold in the bathroom, peeling paint, shower caulking is disgusting. Shower has no faucet allowing gradual warming of water to turn the shower on once in. This causing you to reach into the shower stall to turn it on where you get blasted with cold water from the shower head. Not ideal…I really hope they put some sort of moisture extraction in the bathrooms as there is zero air movement.”

“The proprietor went out of her way to make me something my strict diet would allow me for breakfast. Lovely quiet room. ”

“We stayed in the double tree side of the hotel. Lobby was clean , staff was nice parking was free. The food and service at the restaurant was great (shoutout to Marg and Mira) and there is a full Starbucks in the building which was super convenient. The hotel elevators for the double tree side were very slow to go up and down and very quick to open and close. Not a great experience, the rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again for sure. ”

“It’s a nice, newer hotel. Room was clean and everything was taken care of. Downside is their breakfast spot is super understaffed. There was only one girl trying to ring things in, serve tables and make Starbucks coffee. Everyone was waiting for a long time and while we could she was trying very hard - no clue how management thinks it’s one person job. Should be at least two during rush hour in morning ”
