“This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful people working there. They all seemed to want to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so comfortable and welcoming and I loved it. The one down side was the steak I ordered which was chewy and inedible - disappointing as it wasn’t at all cheap. I would definitely return but just not order steak. ”

“Let me tell you, this place is fantastic! There are several Lodging characteristics that I look for when choosing a place to stay. I am very particular about having certain items while traveling. I am a consummate way over packer due to this fact. (Camping electric stove burner, toaster, cups, ect. Can be found in my Luggage) This Hotel made me sorry that I over packed. They had everything that I needed!! And more! In the past few months I have stayed at comparably priced Hotels in Costa Rica,……

“Check-in was very easy and quick. We received complementary pick from Wilson airport with a driver standing there with our name (wonderful) and complementary early access to our room! Internet is good, the beds and shower are excellent, the complementary breakfast is great. We had the best night’s sleep of our whole trip. We love this hotel and this is our third stay here. ”

“Teníamos nuestro vuelo a las 3 am, así que decidimos pagar dos noches acá y hacer el check out a las 11:30 pm y no quedarnos a esperar en el aeropuerto (que por cierto no tienen lugares adecuados para la espera), fue al mejor decisión. El desayuno está muy bien y el resturante también es bueno, al cena con comida típica de Kenia estuvo maravillosa!! No tiene servicio para ayuda con el equipaje, lo cual me gustó, ya que no todas las personas queremos esa ayuda. La habitación era ENORME!! Muy……
