“This was a perfect place to stay for our family of 5. The proximity to Dollywood can’t be beat! We had plenty of space and the property was clean and owner was so kind! Will absolutely stay here again!! ”

“Condo was in a nice area. Nice loading and unloaing vehicle. Condo was like the pictures. Was set up cute. Needs a little TLC. Furniture in LR was liking. Recliners were very hard to get in and out of. Husband had to clise my recliner everytime I reclined. Couch cushions were very worn. Kitchen could yse some bew cooking items. The mattress on the back madrer bedroom was definitely to hard for our taste. Some people might be ok with it. It did have a foam thing on it. Pillows on bed were all……

“A bad made noise headboard hitting against the wall. The Jacuzzi tub jets did not work too good in it. The blinds on the sliding door needs to be replaced. Construction was going on while we stayed there. Replacing gutters had to come through our room to get to the roof interrupted my nap. ”

“Perfect ! Our adult children said it was the best vacation ever. It allowed our 8 grandchildren, 3 boys from Va. and 5 girls from Texas to become better acquainted. The beach is beautiful, quiet and natural and fishing was wonderful. Quite an accommodating home and location.”

“My sister-in-law and I had a brief girls trip to enjoy Margaritaville Island for an evening and this condo was perfect for relaxing on the balcony while enjoying the river and wildlife too. Our king suites were roomy and I loved the huge bathtub jucuzzi. I do wish the mattress was a little firmer. Overall, 4 stars. We would have loved to have individual coffee packs and condiments. ”
