“My initial assessment was to only give this property 3 stars. After reviewing the listing and the overall experience, 4 is appropriate. There is a fine line between a "value" listing and a "cheap" listing. I was expecting a value location, but enough things were cheap that I only gave it 4 stars. The location had an initial amount of all the essentials, including the hot tub as advertised. The beds were good, the TVs and WiFi worked, the kitchen had a coffee maker, ice makers, dishware,……

“We traveled just a short two day trip for a wedding. The property was very clean and had everything we would have needed to stay for a longer period of time. The only complaint was the door lock was difficult. Almost always took MULTIPLE tries to unlock. Frustrating, but in no way a tragedy. We appreciated having a clean safe location that was close to so many activities to occupy our down time. ”

“We have stayed at this condo several times and have never been disappointed. It is decorated beautifully and has awesome views of the mountains. It is located in the back of the complex and the patio faces the mountains. So relaxing in the afternoons. You can hear the Dollywood train blowing its whistle. Scott is easy to contact and is willing to always help if any problems arise. We highly recommend this condo for a relaxing getaway. ”

“The condo was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. I wish I could give a perfect review but I think it is unacceptable to not have reliable, secure wifi at any rental home. The wifi is unsecure, open, and shared by all 20 units in the building. It dropped constantly, wouldn't reconnect for hours at a time, and wasn't strong enough to even open email. The owners/management need to do better. ”
