“So glad we went with this property for our week long visit. We have a 3 and 5 year old, and the home offered plenty of space for them to play and plenty of space for us to relax after they went to bed. The location is hard to beat for the areas activities, and the host is extremely helpful and quick to respond!”

“In town for son’s army commissioning and his and his girlfriend’s graduation. Her family from across the country was in town and they were having to drive 45 minutes to get to events. We were able to gather in the yard after graduation to celebrate the two graduates. We were able to pick up pizza and chicken from Walmart within minutes. Bring your chairs and enjoy the surroundings. Property manager right next door. This is not the place to have a lot of activity but just right to kick back……

“We visit every year to the Smokies. Some come from NC, Illinois, Iowa and always with our Dad. This was our first visit without him since he made the trip to Heaven last year. He would have loved this property as much as we did.”

“Perfect home for family vacation! Clean and comfortable with tons of yard space for the kids to play. Felt like we were in the mountains away from the business of Pigeon Forge but so close it only took a few minutes to get to the fun. Loved this VRBO and will be back again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to escape the hustle of the main street in Pigeon Forge, but also so close to it that we didn't have to spend much time in the car going out. The beds were comfortable. The queen bedroom had a chalk wall that was fun for my son and a train set. The backyard for our dog was ok, it's a steep hill, but it's the mountains, so everywhere is a hill. The couches could use updating as they were not very comfy. But otherwise, everything was great!”

“Wow! From the time we walked in to the time we left we felt this home and its host's offered everything for a perfect relaxing time. The house was spotless and had every amenity imagined. Very clean. Each room was perfect! Everyone had their own private space while all the gathering spots (game room, movie room, and large kitchen / dining / living room, and porch) felt like they were there to bring you together.The hosts were easily reachable and made sure we had any question answered quickly,……

“The property was great for our stay. We had 3 couples and 2 singles stay in the house. The house lay out easily allowed for us to have 5 other folks over for dinner. Loved having 2 ovens! Embarrassed to admit that it took me a minute to find the silverware drawer at the end of the island! But TBH it worked great! Also enjoyed the pool table. We all enjoyed the homey atmosphere! ”
