“This is our second time staying in Sabrina's home. Its very nice and clean. Its in a great location for everything to do. And our grandkids love walkimg the river trail. Neighborhood is very nice and safe. ”

“We had a trip to the Smokies and Dollywood for an Easter and Birthday trip. The directions to the cabin were easy to follow and check in was easy. The view from the cabin was wonderful. The family in the cabin next to us said they saw a bear at our cabin but we missed it. My 9 year old loved the games and the pool table. We didn’t use the hot tub so no review of that.Only issue we had were the squirrels are very loud at night, I did send an email to let them know the squirrels seem to be in the……

“No major complaints about the property except the cleanliness that could have been better ( dirty comforter and stains on sheets). Everything else was clean. I would have also liked to see a few extra offerings such as more than one hand towel and more than a half of a roll of paper towels or 3 trash bags. I ended up buying all of these things during my stay. Other than that this place deserves all of the praise! Beautiful home with great amenities! Fun games and plenty of space ! The location……

“Beautiful little cabin in the woods. We loved the swing and hot tub on the porch (especially after a long day of hiking). The fire pit outside was also a great perk. Only complaint was towels could use an upgrade, but I do tend to be very picky about that. Overall great experience. ”

“The house was very clean and a get set up inside. Spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and nice indoor pool. The outdoor area in the back was very limited and the fire pit did not work due to it being rusted out. The drive way was difficult to navigate due to the steepness and tightness of it. Front decks were beautiful and peaceful to sit on. ”
