“I felt at home. Very spacious apartments, clean and modern. I liked the wooden floors and tiled bathroom. Everything you need is there in the apartment, even a small kitchenette. We had a lake view room and views were amazing. Very warm welcome from the reception and smiley faces. Straight into stresa streets so we didn’t have to drive. “The apartment was exactly as pictured with a gorgeous view of the lake! The area is private and quiet. Laura was so kind to us! She picked us up at the train station and took me grocery shopping. We did not rent a car and the apartment is about a mile from town. I would say you might want one if you want to be out late. The trail to town is rustic and not something you could do in the dark. It is very steep! The apartment was well equipped and we got groceries and made a lite dinner each……
