“Très jolie région. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé, idéalement situé pour profiter de Stresa et de ses environs. Quelques porte-serviettes supplémentaires dans la salle de bains seraient les bienvenues et le matelas du lit d'appoint est passable pour un enfant pas trop lourd. Parfait pour une famille de 4.”

“Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon ausgetauscht.”

“Whilst the location was good, and the views very nice from the balcony the property itself was very average. When we arrived we found there was no working oven (not told about in advance), the kitchen light was also broken, we were told this would be fixed, an electrician came but was not fixed and exposed wires left (hard to use the kitchen in the dark). Further to this there was a point when we had no running water, though apparently known to the owners this was not communicated to us and left……

“Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön an einem Hang oberhalb von Stresa, das man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist fantastisch. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt die Terasse und den schönen kleinen Garten nicht nutzen. Der Umgang mit Evita war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Parksituation war anfangs etwas schwierig, hat sich aber dann geklärt. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!”

“The place was great, centrally located. Emmanualla was available the entire time. We needed instructions to get in. It wasn't very easy, but once learned, it was doable. Two recommendations: We had to pay extra for sheets and towels. That is crazy. Even after I paid for sheets and towels, the sheets were not put on the beds. They were folded on the bottom in a stack, and it was my job to put them on the bed. If I have to pay for the service, then provide that service. We were given 3 towels (1……

“Wir haben eine Woche dort als Familie verbracht und fanden die Wohnung klasse. Minimalen Punktabzug gibt es für die Härte der Betten. Das WLAN bringt leider nicht die angepriesenen >25 MB‘s, was für einen Film aus der Mediathek auf dem Tablet nicht immer ausreichte. Der Fernseher besitzt leider nicht einen deutschen Sender, was schade war, da wir abends öfter schlechtes Wetter hatten. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen, Parkplätze direkt davor sind etwas……

“Views from the balcony were stunning. Spacious rooms. Quiet neighborhood and just a short walk from the train. Information indicated a washer and dryer but only found a washer and felt an air dry would take longer than we had. We weren't sure where to find the wifi password so emailed. Reply came the next day and meanwhile we found the router and hence the password. Soap/shower gel in the showers would have been nice. Overall it was a lovely place and we would definitely recommend it to others.”
