“The apartment is like a 1970s time capsule! We were a bit shocked at first, but it is super clean and in great shape. There is a washer if you need it and a kitchen with everything you need. The porch is huge with gorgeous views of the lake. As far as I know, there is no wifi. I reached out and never heard back. There also is no shower, but there is a tub with a shower head on a hose. “Positively beautiful views of the lake. You can not be fearful of driving very narrow and switchback roads to be rewarded by the view after. You MUST download the YouTube directions on picking up the key and accessing the garage or you will be lost!!! Finding the location for pickingup the key is a double challenge. “Sehr nette Gastgeberin Beatrice die uns mit vielen Informationen gleich am Anfang versorgt hat. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock und sehr schön. Kochen und Waschen klappten gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, Abstriche beim Fernseher, aber darauf kann man in Stresa verzichten.... Tolle Lage. Der Weg zum Supermarkt ist etwas weiter, es gibt dort aber gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Tipp: Granodura Pizzaria, vorher reservieren. Vorsicht beim Parken ausserhalb des Objekts, kann zu einem Ticket führen……

“Wir haben eine Woche dort als Familie verbracht und fanden die Wohnung klasse. Minimalen Punktabzug gibt es für die Härte der Betten. Das WLAN bringt leider nicht die angepriesenen >25 MB‘s, was für einen Film aus der Mediathek auf dem Tablet nicht immer ausreichte. Der Fernseher besitzt leider nicht einen deutschen Sender, was schade war, da wir abends öfter schlechtes Wetter hatten. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen, Parkplätze direkt davor sind etwas……

“The apartment was exactly as pictured with a gorgeous view of the lake! The area is private and quiet. Laura was so kind to us! She picked us up at the train station and took me grocery shopping. We did not rent a car and the apartment is about a mile from town. I would say you might want one if you want to be out late. The trail to town is rustic and not something you could do in the dark. It is very steep! The apartment was well equipped and we got groceries and made a lite dinner each……

“Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht über den See. Die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben sehr vollständig und man kann sich auch an Regentagen gut beschäftigen, die im Oktober durchaus vorkommen können. In dieser Zeit ist es auch sehr ruhig in Belgirate, daher waren wir dankbar für die Ausflugs- und Einkaufstipps in der Mappe. Darüber hinaus ist die Vermieterin immer ansprechbar für Fragen.”
