“I have booked and lived in this hotel twice in the same trip. I have tried two kinds of rooms. The first day, the room assigned to was quite tidy and comfortable. The basic facilities were sufficient. After two days, I checked in at the hotel and the room was really fair. First we entered the room, the toilet door was broken and could not function. It was unacceptable that a toilet without a door. Afterward, the toilet has no heater! Heater should be a basic facility of a hotel in……

“This was our second time staying at the Courthouse. We have stayed in both rooms, and found both equally as good as each other. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Surprisingly we have never had trouble parking near the courthouse. We look forward to our next trip to Melbourne and will definitely re-book at the Courthouse. ”

“Property is relatively new and immaculately maintained. It’s also located on a quieter street a few blocks away from the Smith Street thoroughfare where there are two major supermarkets and countless other bars, restaurants and cafes. ”

“The townhouse was spacious and clean, well positioned for our needs (lots of driving to various stadiums for basketball). The host, Wayne, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of amenities to make our 4 night stay very comfortable (the children loved the hot chocolate and tv channels!). Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Coat hangers and cupboards for unpacking our suitcases helped us to feel settled in. Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend :)”

“We liked the cleanliness and the decor. We were very impressed with the friendly staff. Easy access to Moonee Valley Race course was a positive too. We had difficulty finding a park close to main entrance to check in. So my husband drove around the block a few times so I could check in. Guess it was a busy time being Friday Lunch time. We appreciated assistance from staff on the desk. ,Well done. ”

“交通方便，前方就有電車站，住宿設施齊全，但洗衣機及乾衣機沒有清潔好，有污積，住了8天，日用品供應不足夠，要打電話要求供應，床單不是那麼乾淨，不過大致也可以，空間比較大，可以推薦”

“The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.”

“Very good location, just next to Victoria market. You can get good food for breakfast every morning. Easy accessible and convenient transport. Just not satisfying with the cleaning conditions. The room got urinary bad smell when we entered. I believed the housekeeper don’t clean the toilet everyday . One mug is also dirty. ”
