“Absolutely loved the hotel. Kids loved it as well. Huge shower in the room we had. Pool was a little low on water but still swimmable. Going to be looking into a rewards program if they offer one. ”

“It’s a nice place. Very comfortable, room and bathroom were very nice and mostly nicely cleaned. The shower wasn’t spotless but clean enough and better than some. Shower head was not the best and could’ve had more pressure. I wish it had a little better breakfast, maybe some grits, or gravy for the biscuits. It seems pretty rare now to get a nice breakfast. I feel it’s been worse since Covid, I think hotels got spoiled by that and now they’re a little lazy. ”

“In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years . The apartment was so misleading with the cute pictures. You should see the neighborhood. The yard was covered in cigarette butts and the trash can was overflowing. I need a……

“My stay at the Jefferson Home was horrible the kitchen stayed dirty the back stayed dirty but of course I had to clean it because I used it 😒, everyone N the home was suppose to work together to make sure the home was comfortable for everyone there that wasn't the case no one from the property management team came to check on the property. I stayed 6 days there with my Moma with no TV Moma was miserable without a TV thank GOD I had a tablet she could watch shows on this was just an all out……
