“I truly don’t know where to start with this beautiful place.I messaged the host before I came that I was using the space to host 5 of my closest friends for my 25th birthday and to cook them a 3 course meal from scratch. The host was prompt, kind and informative. “Had a great stay at the property. Robert, the host/owner, is amazing to work with. Super responsive, very attentive, and incredibly kind. Upon arrival there were a few things on the exterior that caused a little concern (porch in somewhat rough shape, neighbors house very close and not in great shape, backyard in somewhat of disarray -- both BBQ grill and firepit were filled with water, back fence gate propped up by cinder block) but don't let it take away from what is inside. Very nice……

“We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay……

“This was the perfect location for us visiting our family in Glen Allen. It was centrally located between there and downtown Richmond. The best perk for us was the large fenced in back yard for our dogs. The host James was extremely responsive. The Keurig stopped working one morning and it was immediately replaced. We also needed to add an additional night to our booking and there was no issue arranging that with the host. We would recommend this listing to anyone visiting the Richmond area!”
