“Needed a place close to VCU for a series of medical appointments and this place was really close and super nice. Truly the gem that they advertise it as. The fenced in yard is nice to have and we were convenient to everything we wanted to do. The idea was to be able to leave the car parked there and Uber to the doctor each day and all the attractions nearby and the plan worked beautifully. ”

“The listing is totally accurate; this is a small studio! But as other reviews mention, they use the space very well. We kept the sleeper sofa pulled out the whole time we were there and were able to navigate the room just fine. (We stayed for a week.) The renovation was done thoughtfully and well, not a shoddy flip, and everything was very clean and well-functioning.
