“We stayed at hotel La Vela while attending a wedding nearby. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself. It was in an excellent location within the town, on a quiet street a couple of minutes walk from the historic center & lake. Rooms were clean with a balcony & nice bathroom & beds very comfortable. We extended our stay for an additional night so that we could cycle around Lake Trasimeno. Silvia was wonderful to suggest parking areas in the nearby towns for visiting the sites &……

“Room with a view! Very nice! Contrary to some other reviews, our room was nicely clean nd the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very generous and tasty with a very attentive and friendly server. Strolled around and found a wonderful gourmet restaurant nearby on the main road with a view of the lake. Only drawback was, being a Friday night, the nearby outdoor bar was a little loud until around midnight. ”

Hotel tranquillo anche perché avendo alloggiato durante la settimana e ripartiti di sabato, non c'erano altri ospiti che sono arrivati solo per il weekend. Stanze pulite ogni giorno. “The owner of the hotel Francesca is literally there 24/7. You get anything that you need in a heartbeat. The room is really big, it also had a balcony and a spacious shower room. The lake is very close therefore it is easy to walk or cycle there. We rented the bikes just for €5 for a half day from the hotel. A boat ride to the Island was very enjoyable. There is also a newly built gym. A massive supermarket just 5min walk from the hotel. The train station about 20min walk. We took a train to……

“Che dire ECCEZIONALE! La struttura è bellissima di gran classe, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite che con la vasca idromassaggio è veramente uno spettacolo. Il punto forte è la possibilità di prenotare la zona SPA privatamente per un'ora, in alternativa si può usufruire della zona piscina che è top! Colazione ottima, di qualità e servita in un'area molto bella, che poi è la stessa che viene usata la sera per chi vuole cenare e anche qui la qualità della cena è da 5 stelle. Infine……
