“Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. “Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Communication at the hotel wasn’t always the best - we got little to no information about the spa, far example. Restaurant has limited hours bur staff were great and food was excellent.”

“Nice location and views 30 minutes walk from the Center. Bathroom door made by glass ( no privacy).. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Nice double bed but single duvets. Breakfast tasty and fresh with good selections. There is 2 saunas that need to book before use.. unfortunately we was not able to use the full facility as we made bookings no towels,, no staff who is look after need attention, infrasauna not working switch is broken,the ice bucket handle and refill system was not functioning. Staff/team……
