“Shenise welcomed us with a smile and was so efficient, professional and upbeat managing all aspects from check in, the bar, breakfast and evening meals and offering places to visit during our stay. The full English breakfasts were delicious and a lot of variety using good produce and would recommend. The bedroom was spacious and the large walk in shower had hot water. Absolutely horrible
"I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay.
It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got."
