“The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. “Great location. We were there to go to LEGOLAND, which is just next door at the Springfield Mall, and Mt Vernon which is about a 20 min drive. Our grandson got to play in the pool our second night, and that was fun. Paying for parking is a new experience. Other Marriott properties have never charged for parking. The breakfast in the lobby, while not complimentary, was very well done and presented nicely. Apparently the military make use of the hotel to billet service members, and their……
