I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received……

“This place accommodated my 5 siblings and their families beautifully! Lots of space for everyone to spread out in without feeling on top of each other. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on the top level were perfect for the adults. The bottom level was amazing and perfect for the 2 year old. Was able to take hjs naps/bedtime routine without being disturbed,or for that matter wake up the rest of the house. Large well equipped kitchen,plenty of space in the dining room to have 16 of us sit down for meals.……

“Plenty of space. House was clean. Could use one or two more TVs and maybe another couch for one of the rooms. There are caretakers who reside in the secured basement. This should be communicated to potential renters.”

“The property is quite lovely, surrounded by the rolling hills of western Virginia. The house was perfect, a lot of space to spread out if needed. We spent our evenings on the screened in back porch. The pool and gardens were an added bonus. Every evening the neighbor cows would graze along the fence line- just a lovely get away from the City! ”

“This rental was amazing for a family get together. We used almost every room. We really enjoyed the 2 kitchens and grill, dining room, 2 living rooms and enough bedrooms for a family of 10 plus in-laws and extended family. We celebrated my son’s first birthday and the house was perfect for two infants as well. We were able to enjoy our meals at the house and BBQed both nights. The coffee bar was also a hit. Our family had a blast playing pool and ping pong. The views were so nice with the snow……

“Loved the room and the extras that was provided for us such as the coffee and hot chocolate. Areas were clean and well supplied. “The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. The place itself is very comfortable and incredibly well organized with labels on most things. I’ve never experienced this in a rental property before but the host had drinks and snacks available. You didn’t need to worry about forgetting, washing stuff, shower stuff or toothbrushes etc, she had it all!! My nearly 4 year old……

"The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. I will get a refund soon, regardless of the room. Why can I make a reservation and pay successfully without a room?"
