“Overall, this was a very nice experience! We only stayed 1 night but everywhere was clean and easy to find. The only thing I didn't really like was there was no way to lock the tent so initially I was a little nervous. The neighborhood looked a little rough and old but everything was clean and very quiet so it wasn't an issue. The bathrooms were a fair walk up the hill so we drove up whenever we needed to use them but they were very clean. Overall, it was good. ”

“A few really great things - this cabin was in a great location, very close to Boone and the Parkway. We saw a few deer at the cabin. The AC works great. Mattress was very comfortable. Cabin was decorated nicely. A few things that needed attention. The hot tub had a good bit of dirt in it and the owner said that would be remedied, but it was not. Hot tub has one small panel for privacy. People parking above can see right into it. The hot tub filter also makes loud sucking noises at times. A……

“Great communication, everything as advertised. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot Tub was great, beautiful views. My now 5 year old requested a hot tub and bunk beds for her birthday and Wild thing was a perfect fit! She said it was the best birthday ever. Thank You!”

“We are a family of 6 with 4 kids between 15-21 all of whom are elite distance runners so our plan was to explore the running trails in high altitude in the cool mountain pre-summer climate. This house was the perfect location for us as most of the best trails were accessed via the Blue Ridge parkway which is just 7-8 minutes drive from this house.
