“The basic layout/amenities of this house are great! However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. The kitchen counters were dirty and sticky. The sheets on one of the bed were jot clean and had hair in it. There were wrappers and a medicine tube left under the nightstand in a bedroom. I made numerous attempts to contact Vacasa (through VRBO) and got responses that I would hear something regarding a refund on cleaning fee ASAP. After 4 days I am still waiting. I had to clean the kitchen and……

“We loved our cozy and convenient stay on Sugar Mountain! It was just a 3 minute drive to the Sugar Mountain Resort, which made it so easy. The home was just as described-There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 6 small children. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and there were also lots of games for the kids. Amy was super quick to communicate and so easy to work with!! We would love to stay here again!”
