“Wow. This place was fantastic. We stayed unfortunately for one night only, but we really enjoyed the tranquility and the great energy surrounding Les Rizieres. The terrace immersed in the rice fields is simply spectacular. The room was cozy and provided with all amenities. “Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Andrew and the team were incredible hosts and made us feel so very welcome. “Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street.
