“Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here……

“Cozy, natural and well equipped! Our first impression as we pull up in to the parking space was “WOW”!! The views of the valley and sunset from the property itself are a treat! The accommodation was perfect for a family of 5 (grandparents and kids included) along with our dogs. All rooms were well equipped and the walkin closet is more than enough to store and change clothes! It does give you a country feel! “Overall this was an excellent place to stay! Well stocked (I did have trouble finding the towels but they were all freshly laundered in the dryer!) and had many seasonings and soaps Available (even though we didn’t need them, it was so nice to offer it! We had a couple little issues that were resolved promptly and communication was excellent! The only complaint is that there was only landscaping in the front and the outdoor furniture was covered in bird poop (and no bbq) so outdoors was not a……

“Initially we were surprised by how remote the location appeared as the house is a double wide trailer on the rural property of the owner. It’s set amidst fields of orange trees in a neighborhood with large fenced-in acreage, many with horses. The unit was nice and spacious, super clean, and a well equipped kitchen gas grill. Two deck areas on both sides of the house, grill on one, a gas firepit on the other. You can pet their two horses over the fence and their three dogs on the property was……

“Spacious home with beautiful views of the foothills. Quiet area. Ample kitchen space and 2 large family rooms.”

“There was so much care taken into the design of this property. Every room has a TV with active accounts on every streaming platform, so many games and amenities to keep yourself busy with a group. Would highly recommend this property to anyone with a group or with children. Carlos was very easy to communicate with and made our stay seamless. Highly recommended!”
