“The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”

Disappointed at the services of the receptionist and a woman staff who preferred to avoid eye contacts and clearing the breakfast dishes. Her attitude improved the next morning but still left a bad taste. ”

“The hotel was built in 2021. Room was very clean. Breakfast was free and delicious. We parked our car in the underground parking of a supermarket for around 10 euros a night. It only took us 3 minutes to walk to the supermarket. Also, the staff was very helpful. We borrowed umbrellas from the hotel during rainy days. Generally speaking, we are satisfied with our stay.”
