Was so fun being in the middle of town but felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful home available for rent.”

“Property was a little dated but well kept in a great location and neighborhood. Convenient to Quantico, Spotsylvania and Fredricksburg. Management was responsive to messages. Enjoyed the Kayaks and would definitely recommend this property and rent again. ”

“We were in town for our son’s fencing tournament at the Fredericksburg Convention Center. The property is only 20 minutes away from pretty much anywhere in town. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded, and the house is clean and spacious, with an abundance of helpful information from the owner. Highly recommend if staying in the area! ”

“Everything from reservations to check out was wonderful. The accommodations were very cozy and the surroundings by the pond and animal enclosures were beautiful. We enjoyed seeing some deer and wild turkey from our window also. We chatted with Peter and he is delightful. Other than a few minute chat, we only saw he and his wife doing chores around the farm. We stayed in HB1. HB2 is basically the same and the Manor House right behind them looked.great for a larger party. ”

“What an amazing Friendsgiving weekend! The house was perfect - ssooo much room & even though it was chilly outside we were still able to enjoy the lakefront! The paddleboat was extra fun to get out on the water for a bit. The kitchen was AMAZING plus the kitchen area in the basement an added bonus. Beds are super comfy. I would highly recommend this home. Communication with the Property Manager was outstanding!”

“We were in Culpepper for a family wedding. The reception was at the nearby country club, so the location was great. The kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub & grill worked great, loved ping pong table & fun things to do in the house. Enough room for everyone to space out & relax together. No ice maker so had to buy a bag of ice, but that was an easy solution!!!”
