“Overall the house is nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. However, the basement, where 3 of the bedrooms are located, is very damp and musty. We pulled out the sofa bed and there were mice droppings all over the mattress. Although there was a large humidifier going on at all times (loud!) it's not enough. Those who slept in the basement did not enjoy the stay. That is why I couldn't give it more stars.”

“Our group of 7 adults really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive when we asked if he could move some furniture onto the deck that we'd been expecting (based on pictures.) He came over promptly to move the furniture, and gave us lots of helpful info about the area when we chatted.We had a great time at the Woods Hole Aquarium, and walking around Woods Hole. And the beach nearby was beautiful.We loved that there are two dining tables in the main living area. That gave us one for eating,……
