“Stayed during the Cincinnati Open. Drive to the event was quick and rady. The hotel is located in a nice wooded area across from a golf course. Staff was friendly and always available. ”

“The property and the service are great. However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle. To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. ”

“It seemed like the room had not been stayed in for a while so the desk bench and towels had dust but everything else was fine. Bed was comfy and clean, no bed bugs, bathroom was clean, floors and mirrors were clean. Just a little dusty.”

“My stay was excellent from start to finish. The rooms are newly renovated, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Everything feels fresh and modern, with all new furniture and thoughtful details. The amenities provided were great, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, and it was a nice way to start the day. What stood out the most was the kindness and hospitality of the staff — they truly make you feel welcome.
