“My husband and I stayed four nights at this property. We are birdwatchers and it was an excellent location for getting to the places we wanted to visit. There is a national park across the street and Mount Lemmon is a very short distance. Sweetwater wetlands is half hour drive. The accommodations had everything we needed: comfortable bed, privacy, and tranquility. The house is set back from the road. We used the electric grill to cook some meals. There are restaurants close by. The hosts……

“We enjoyed the outside patio for breakfast and dinner although there arent any mountain views fromth patio it still is quite charming and pleasant. The inside is small but well equipped from spices to coffee. The decor is lovely a lovely walk in shower and luxurious bed linens. Highly recommend for 10 year olds a d up too small for toddlers. We enjoyed our stsy. Great breakfast pasteries from Le Buzz snd Whole foods close by.couples and 1 or 2 children”

“Had a nice stay on our first visit to Tucson. The property is very nicely situated out on the edge of the desert wilderness, very close to desert trails but also still close to civilization. The host was extremely accommodating, as we had a problem with our incoming flight which caused to arrive a day late. This was obviously very frustrating and disappointing, and our host Jessica really helped us out by refunding us for the day we missed. Jessica was also communicative and supportive. ”

“We came to town on a rainy afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and warmth we immediately felt upon arriving at the casita. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property is bright and inviting and uniquely decorated. It’s a fun and very clean place! The outdoor space was great and also comfortable. There’s a trail close by we enjoyed taking a walk on it. We enjoyed the quiet but the close proximity to restaurants and stores. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Casita del Sol, especially the courtyard where we could sit and read and relax after a morning of hiking. The casita was bright and cheery. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Maybe best of all the neighborhood was walkable. A path along Tanque Verde Wash was just a few feet away and the neighborhood had lots of birds. We met many friendly neighbors, including a friendly emu who had a next of eggs. She would let us pat her. If you want a get……
