“Nice little property was a little overpriced for what you get”

“One of the most fascinating homes I've ever stayed in! British Colonial decorations made it feel like we were living in another era (one very familiar and beloved for my South African immigrant mom). Aside from enjoying the amenities of the house, we were there for U of A graduation and the location was perfect - proximity to campus, restaurants, etc. Especially loved hearing every day the white-winged doves who seem to 'own' the neighborhood.”

“This property was clean and well maintained and had private access. The neighbors were quiet and it was easy to get where I needed to go around Tucson! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Tucson for work or leisure. ”

“A little confusion accessing the door lock to get in that took a few attempts with Vacasa to enter. The property was very clean, stylishly decorated and in location with access to good restaurants and outdoor activities.”

“BlenElm guest house worked well for my quick weekend stay. It is conveniently located to the university and a 20 minute walk away. Restaurants and shops were not far for a quick drive. It was quiet and private. I enjoyed the accommodations especially the comfortable bed and heating unit. It got cold the two nights I was there. Nice big tv and coffeemaker. Sponsor was kind enough to greet me when I arrived. I recommend some floor rugs for safety and warmth on cool nights and early mornings. I……
