“I know I selected a lower price hotel, but dang. The pictures on Expedia were ••NOT•• representative of the property. The pictures on Expedia were clean and lovely, the property was NOT. The walls had odd brown splotches. The linens appeared clean but stained. The room smelled STRONGLY of the flowery-scented cleaner. The chair in the room was threadbare, all the vinyl was picked off. And they were stingy w the bath linens- 2 people, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth. ”

I was advised that I would be reimbursed but that did not happen. I did schedule transportation to the airport from the hotel and that worked perfectly.”
