“didnt want to share it my kids and grandkids,, we've been coming to this vrbo in beechgrove for many years now.. just my husband and i... but we decided to do away with not sharing it to having 14 of kids and grandkids join us for a destination Thanksgiving.. some coming from California and New Mexico,, the rest including my husband and me from Texas.... it was perfectly full of chaos and lovely,,plenty of room for all of us. “Our stay was filled with adventure and the basement was super peaceful and so relaxing! The host is very responsive. The bed is super comfy! We took the kayaks to explore nearby state parks and waterfalls during the day, and came back to grill, fish off the dock out back and relax in front of the tv. It was actually perfect ”

“We immediately felt the warm welcome of the Swan house when we walked through the front door. Everything was comfortable and lovely, the host was incredibly responsive and answered questions quickly, making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The outdoor space and grounds are so peaceful and quiet - one of our favorite parts of the trip was just sitting outside talking, watching for wildlife, petting George the cat, watching the kids play on the hill, and enjoying……

“This is a well equipped place to stay. It had everything you need to be comfortable. It was very nice and great place to stay while we visited with family. ”

“Property inside was comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood is average, and was reasonably quiet, even on a holiday weekend. The kitchen is generously stocked with dishes and utensils. The portable AC unit on the porch/sunroom was helpful on those stuffy mornings. Outside the yard was well kept, but the bushes and flowers were a bit overgrown. Owner acknowledged it was an ongoing work in progress. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We’ve stayed here twice now, and would consider it……
