“Really nice, comfortable home for 4 of us. Only having 1 restroom for two women to get ready for a wedding was a challenge. Location was nice However for fishing or enjoying the lake, I would say it is ideal. We we're very greatful the owner was friendly and very accommodating. I would suggest putting in larger mirror and maybe a TV for the bedrooms. However, we would not hesitate to book this place again in the future. ”

“Conveniently located and such a happy property! This cute apartment offers privacy and very nice amenities…we had a great time just sitting on the porch swing. The property is perfectly maintained and absolutely spotless, and the host Ambre is a perfectly lovely lady. We will be back! ”

“The Pedernales River guesthouse is amazing as it sits on the banks of the river with great views and plenty of wildlife. The house is modern and sleek, with every convenience to make your stay perfect. Loved everything about our stay and would definitely return. The owners were overwhelmingly accommodating and quick to answer questions! Easy access and 100% clean. Great spot!”

“This is the 2nd time this year (April & Nov.) we have stayed here. The 1st visit was booked w/a competing rental app, but we saved about $600 booking through VRBO. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary & my birthday. The home is in a neighborhood, but still feels quite secluded. The houses on either side were empty during both stays. Plus, it’s on the corner of a cove that sticks out into the water a bit further than the neighbors. Once again, the peace & beauty were stress free & healing. ……

“We booked this accommodation for our annual family Thanksgiving get together. BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS! Darling place with lovely touches - toiletries, welcome basket, great coffee bar - the outside area was just beautiful too - a bit chilly for us to enjoy some of the amenities outside, but so cozy and quaint. Had a question and received a speedy reply from the owner. Was better than we had expected!”

“Nice property. Would prefer king beds. Garbage disposal didn't work and the customer support person wasn't interested in having it fixed, so one side of the sink was unusable.”

“Decided to combine Valentine’s and a birthday which could include the family. The heated pool was perfect during the day. It did cool off rather quickly at night. All rooms had their own bathroom and their own tv… which is ideal. The boys played video games and everyone had their own space. We tripped a breaker with a toaster and the owner responded immediately. No other issues. The house is great. The driveway is a bit steep but didn’t affect our stay. Will definitely book again. Very enjoyable……

“This was probably the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, comfortable, well-stocked, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Plenty of activities for all ages…swimming, boating, ping pong, foosball, pool table. Bathrooms were luxurious, linens were high quality and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. Deck above boat dock was a great place to watch sunset. Water slide into lake was fun for the kids and adults alike. Yard and pool were nicely shaded from the……
