“The best in Lubbock”

“Staff was wonderful, hotel was clean and convenient to campus. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lubbock.”

“Room was clean and fire pit area was nice. Downside is that is near train tracks so you hear the train regularly.”

“I like that the ac work very well and the room was clean. The breakfast only lacked bacon or at least saugage.”

“Our stay started out terrible. We had paid for two rooms through expedia and arrived at 3:30 which is after published check in. We were told there were no queen rooms available and not given any real options. We were offered a refund and then told if we wait we could get our rooms. If you are going to charge for early check in you should pay for late availablilty of same.”

“Lubbock TX and some of the hotels can be rough and dirty. Not so with this property. Clean and fresh. Yes, it’s immediately adjacent to the highway, but it seems sound abatement (at least on the front of the hotel facing the highway) was a focus during construction. The landscaping at any property is Lubbock is a significant, if not an impossible challenge. So a small negative on this one element. The ‘free’ breakfast was adequate. The staff polite, helpful and available. ”

“We enjoyed a comfortable stay at the hotel. It was very convenient to Texas Tech campus. I would stay here again if the need arises. One complaint is the toliet is low and bed is high!”

“Went for a graduation and stayed in the King suite with the separated bedroom/living area. We found the floor plan convenient for our kiddo, continental breakfast had good options, unfortunately the pool was freezing cold (website mentions it’s heated) we couldn’t stay long. It served its purpose and will most likely book again if I’m ever in Lubbock. ”
