“Overall good. Pros: Beautiful view, layout and functionality of suite, nice pool and hot tub, quiet. Cons: We never received room cleaning service, the couch and chair in the living room area were worn and a bit dirty. A bit inconvenient getting onto the property by car if coming from Gulf Boulevard.”

“It was a fun place to stay. The location was great and was easy to get a chair on the beach. They had most of the property back in great shape after last year's hurricanes. The only thing was that 2 of the 4 elevators were not working making long waits if you wanted to use them. Was not a huge deal since we used the stairs since we were only on the 4th floor. ”

“We definitely loved this quaint little place and enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the free amenities like beach chairs and umbrella, hammocks, Adirondack chairs; and of course being right on the beach!! If we were to look for improvements, the water was never really hot, there were no spoons in the room for coffee, and a fire pit would have been a great addition. ”

“Updated and newly renovated. Very efficient with automated check in process and all went smoothly , but miss having a staff member to greet us and inform us about the local area. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but do miss the personal touch in a historic inn. ”

“ This is my second time staying at Crystal Bay. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great retro vibe with the palm trees and fantastic building architecture. Feels very much like a bed & breakfast. Attentive staff. I left my IPods in my room upon checking out and Dani was more than accommodating in getting them sent to my home address. Breakfast served every morning is a great value. Will be staying with them again when I’m visiting St. Pete. ”
