“staff is a bit careless as gave me a room key with someone inside it, it’s really embarrassing to open the door while the guests behind me and asks why i am opened their room”

“Good for a Comfort Inn. Breakfast should have more variety for vegetarians. Also the hallways smell weird at times. Please look into that. ”

“We spent 2 nights at this lovely house for a family gathering celebrating a birthday. There were 11 in total and we did not feel crowded at any time. The pool and lower recreation room are perfect to keep the kids happy and entertained without them being on their electronic devices. The beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a few pillows on the couch and some more comfortable outside chairs. Maybe a gate at the top of the outside stairs to keep the dogs from leaving……

“The check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. These hours are shorter and less convenient than other hotels”

“We had a really nice stay here! It was the off season so it was very quiet in wasaga beach, a very peaceful stay overall. The staff were super accomodating and very friendly! The room was clean, and the decor was perfectly lovely. Would gladly return :) ”
