“We booked a one night stay but then received a call from the establishment advising that there was an error and they do not accept one night bookings. They even wanted us to do the leg work to cancel the booking through the website although they were the ones cancelling, not us. ”

“We had a great experience and very attentive staff helping us out with an unfortunate event. Their help was without question and we could get on with our day without delay. The only thing we missed was WiFI [admittedly we did not ask if it was available], however got over that quickly and enjoyed the well stocked fire place and videos .... The fire place was a great warmer on the cold windy two mornings we were there over our 3 day stay. ”

“Nice views, well equipped kitchen and lots of space. Great for a large group. Needs a lot of maintenance and a thorough clean. Spa bath was a bit disappointing, Luke warm and not very pleasant. Lights did not work. ”
