“Pros: I arrived early and was able to leave my suitcase while I explore until check-in. Many restaurants in the are to eat. Bus transportation was close. Room was clean with complimentary coffee and water. Refrigerator and microwave. Room was very cut and comfortable especially the bed. I forgot my boarding pass for the cruise and staff was able to help me reprint the documents. Updates were provided through text even when staff was leaving the lobby. “Great hotel to stay in for one night before our cruise. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If getting a balcony, be aware that most overlook the street and McDonald’s parking lot. If you want a view of the park, be sure to ask for it. Also, the pool and hot tub are in the middle of the very small interior courtyard, so you might hear noise from guests at the pool in your room until the pool closes at night.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights and the housekeeping was only done once, so I am not satisfied because we rented two large rooms and there were 4 people in each room. They should change the bath towels every day. The bed sheets were only changed once.”

“The pure elegance of every inch of this hotel is amazing. The chandeliers, mahogany furnishings, staircase from God, with a splash of vintage feels almost royal. The room accommodations are exceptional as well. In addition the adjscent restaurant is superb. This is such a jewel, anytime I am in LA it is my go-to spot. Now i understand the 9.2 rating I saw before booked it. But I GIVE IT A 10!”
