“A fantastic experience in a charming villa with outsdanding views of Bigova bay. Location was excellent with local people and a reasonable number of tourists. Villa Nada sticks perfectly to the Abritel description. Everythng works inside and outside, pool is a must and the local agent reliable and helpful. Air conditioning runs well, this is mandatory in August. Kitchen tools might be slightly refurbished for large groups but it was ok. Congrats to Debbie and her team ! ”

“Tolles und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Schöner und sauberer Pool. Toller Sitzplatz mit Blick aufs Meer. Einziger Nachteil: wohl aus Designgründen gibt es in den Schlafzimmern keine Klimaanlage. Bei knapp 40 Grad ist das in der Nacht recht warm und die einzige Klimaanlage im Flur reicht nicht aus.”

“We had a lovely few days at Penthouse Stoliv. Daniel welcomed us and made us feel as if nothing was too much bother. I would recommend taking a boat trip from the jetty, wandering around Kotor, walking up to the church on the hill above the house and going on the Kotor cable car. Also Restaurant Margarite a 10 minute walk away.”

“Really beautiful home with lot of things for children. The home is in reality 2 same appartments. Stevo and his family are really sympatic. The home is in good place.”

“The location and views from the property were amazing however the photos that were taken to advertise the property are very misleading and must have been taken some years ago. The property is very dated, and very unkept outside, the bbq area is unusable as it is disgustingly dirty, the cutlery and cups were also really dirty, the duvets supplied were all stained, the communication from the owner and their representative was really poor.”

“Lovely villa with an exceptional view. The villa was clean and was reasonably well equipped. Kotor itself is overrun with traffic and with cruise ship passengers. After our initial foray into town, we stayed closer to our the villa, which is a little bit north of the downtown area and is in a much quieter area”

“Sladja is a fabulous host, communication was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. The apartment is fabulous with direct access to the sea plus a private shaded pool and seating area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation recommending.”

“Great position, especially with a balcony sea view. Room was clean and everything was working fine. Close to a few good restaurants and only a few steps to the gorgeous sea. Downside, there was a mild cigarette smoke smell throughout the lobby and often in my room (I am a little sensitive to it though). Thank you for a nice stay. ”

"The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time for an overall overhaul of the hotel."
