“A very clean and newer hotel. Interior design is nice but lobby and hallways are a little too dark, but could be their style. Breakfast was really good, different servings daily. I admire how the staff from the front desk to the dining area greets you everytime and so friendly. They are very accommodating to your favors (I had a couple), thanks to you all. We will be back.”
“We returned to Hotel Agava for another two-night stay. I must now downgrade the good review I gave them on Dec. 4. Once again, the biggest problem was their refusal to honor my request for 3:30pm check-out, despite the fact that the hotel was almost empty. I had requested this at the time of my reservation on Hotels.com, explaining that we had a long wait before our train. This was summarily refused.
