“Delightfully restored old hotel in heart of city—walkable to all I needed. Free water and soda was a nice touch. Room was small but elegant; 3/4 bath (no tub) was surprisingly large.”

“The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff — they went above and beyond. I arrived early, and they worked quickly to get me into a room so I could join a work meeting comfortably. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and during one of the hottest days, I was especially thankful for the strong air conditioning and a cool, comfortable space.”

“The beds were so comfortable, and the sheets, so soft and luxurious. We slept like angels. The breakfast was good and the staff during breakfast service hours was very attentive and polite. May I also add that this hotel was very kid friendly for our family.”

“我們透過hotel.com訂了五天四夜有湖景的房間，滿心期待的這次放鬆小旅行，hotel.com介紹這家飯店有廚房、健身設施、蒸氣室、釣魚場、高爾夫球場、迴力球場、網球場、帆板運動場、潛水⋯洋洋灑灑 寫一堆，結果來到這裏當場傻眼，不但沒有上述說的所有設施，房間內連電話都沒提供。 不用懷疑就是室內電話，所以如果你有事想找櫃檯，抱歉請親自下樓。還有房間內擺設佈滿灰塵，窗簾拉開還有蜘蛛網，原來天花板上有好幾隻蜘蛛在爬來爬去。旅館在大馬路旁非常吵，窗簾也無法密合，簡直糟糕透頂！已經向訂房網站投訴，已經是嚴重欺騙消費者的行為！”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast was delicious. Assorted pastries, quiche, fruit, overnight oats, coffee. All wonderful. We stayed in the Beach House on the 2nd floor. It was like a little apartment. Beware though. If you have any issues walking steep stairs you may want to stay on the ground floor. There are no elevators so this was a bit difficult but we were able to manage. There is no front desk, so you need to check in via text which was fine. They could have been a little more……
