“Property as advertised and immaculate. It is in a separate wing so it is quite private. A couple of minutes walking to local eateries and the Sakonett River Estuary. Would definitely recommend to and plan on staying again.soonagain soon”

“This property is as listed, priced accordingly, and is an overall great value. The location is at the end of a quiet street. Off street parking is nice. The entrance walkway through the yard could use a facelift. But inside is very nice. Comfortable, all the conveniences are provided. Would stay here again in the future.”

“One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. The house was fantastic, the room was immaculate and charming, the brand new porch area was very inviting.We were only there for one night, but would have definitely liked to stay longer. The owners really took care of making sure that the room had everything we could have imagined needing! Being able to bring our dog and have her feel comfortable in the room was fantastic! The house was in walking distance to downtown and the Cliff Walk. I HIGHLY……

“Communication with host was top notch! This little cottage was perfect for the 7 of us! Fully fully equipped with everything you need, incase you forgot something! Even slippers!!! Was maybe a 2 minute walk to the ocean, although it rained the entire time. They had plenty of games to keep us entertained. My favorite part, was as soon as I opened my eyes in the morning the was the view of the ocean, from the giant window! The hosts missed zero details designing this cottage! Would definitely……

“The room was very clean and the check in process was easy. The house is directly on a main road and you hear cars all night. The walls are thin and you can hear people snoring in the room adjacent to you. The tv didn’t work. ”

“The location of the property is excellent. Its in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is very private with a nice outdoor patio and yard. It is possible to walk to some neighboring businesses and restaurants and its very near some main roads to easily travel to Newport, Middletown, some hiking areas or the beaches. The house itself is modernized New England and charming. The stairs are quite steep and there should be a warning for those who might have a problem. We were there for 6 nights.……
