“The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised. The concierge is very helpful and even left us……

“房間很乾淨，視野很美（但一定要雪景）。櫃檯人員英文流利，小而美的飯店（飯店設計很有時尚感和美感），我們住宿的時候沒有什麼房客，幾乎沒有遇到其他人。適合喜歡安靜的旅客。房間有洗脫烘洗衣機可以洗乾淨所有毛巾，所以也不太需要打掃，我們住三個晚上都沒有要求整理房間。美麗的廚房廚具和餐具齊全（但木頭砧板太小），老公煮了很好吃的日式火鍋。房間內的氛圍非常優雅浪漫，度過很夢幻美好的四天。非常喜歡，如果還有去北海道，會選擇再入住的飯店。”

“The service was a nightmare. I requested for a late checkout at check-in and the staff told me that he will arrange and let me know. During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request. The check out time is 10 am and I called the reception the day of check out and requested for a hour late check out because my laundry machine is not done and needs 45mins - They refused and sent someone to my room, turned off the laundry machine and escorted me to check out and my……

“We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family……

“the worst stay experience I have ever had! The room is super compact, can not even open my luggage. The most ridiculous thing is there’s boiler in the room! So it’s super noisy, the sound is unbearable, can’t sleep during the night! And there’s some weird rain drop sound as well. The blind in the room can’t block the light, so it’s super bright in the morning. Got up everyday at 6 when the sun comes out. So if you want to have good rest, just stay away ”
