“Bigatt is the nicest surprise I have ever had for a hotel stay. The staff, the fresh and clean atmosphere, the pool (swimming outdoors in the alps on Halloween was not expected), the dinner made from a fresh on the grounds garden, the house wine also made on the grounds, the stunning views of Lugano, and also the story of the place all make it a rare find while traveling. Bigatt is the real deal for hospitality and stay here if can. I will try to be back some day. ”

“在這漂亮的酒店住了4個晚上，感覺舒適，酒店提供免費電動汽車服務，很體貼，雖然我們自己租了一架大Van,但平日出入用酒店提供的smart car 到市區很方便，餐飲方面，有2晚在酒店餐廳用餐，食物及餐酒都不錯，惟早餐所提供的食物種類及質量較一般。另一點不太滿意的地方是，這酒店出名的水療中心，我們三位女士原想安排水療服務，但原來他們只有兩名一男一女的服務員，所以不能安排同一時間做spa,故我們只能放棄，有點失望。”

“What a lovely stay in Castagnola, near Lugano. We were there as a family -- 2 adults + 2 kids and we had a family suite. It was very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful! We only had one night in the area and were happy to find a quite place off the beaten path. Nice restaurant/bar and breakfast in the morning was included, which was fantastic. Access to the Olive Trail leading from Castagnola to Gandria was directly across the street -- it was gorgeous! “1.雖然離車站稍遠，但從車站走到飯店都是下坡，入住後即有免費市區交通卡，所以隔天前往車站，在附近搭6號公車上坡至車站只需五分鐘車程，而且巴士時刻表相當準點，非常好控制時間。 2.隔音超好，住宿當晚有歐洲杯球賽，外面即使有歡呼聲，房間內什麼也聽不到，只是住宿的房間可能正好有管線，偶有呼嚕嚕聲，但不至於擾人。 3.房間裝修算蠻新的，我主要過夜，為了隔天早上往琉森的觀光列車，這裡比起車站旁的房價，相對優勢。 ”

“Try finding a hotel with that view for that price anywhere in the world, the pictures just can't capture how amazing it is. Breakfast was the best I've had and worth £30+ but was included. Rooms were the cleanest by far I've stayed in and we are on a roadtrip around europe. The receptionist was very helpful and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For the fact they have only just opened I'd get in while the prices are cheap as they will surely go up with popularity. Top……
