“The street was quiet and our casita on the property was very private and very well kept. It was a mini oasis that you’d never know was there!We had a short and sweet conversation with Heather and knew she didn’t want to be in our way.. which of course she wasn’t!The amenities were all she described they’d be and we plan on coming back as long as our son lives just three blocks away! Thank you for your hospitality! I wish we could have stayed longer! ”

“This was our 3rd time staying in this cottage.We enjoy the home and how convenient it is for walking and driving to interesting and fun places!The home is decorated beautifully.It has 2 good size bedrooms with big closets!The kitchen is well supplied & spacious.The dining and front room areas are very nice.There is a great outside siting area with a grill!We enjoyed it all.We have family nearby and plan to return again.They enjoyed visiting us at this lovely cottage.”

“Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.”

“Stay was awesome, Host was very committed to our comfort and very responsive. House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! “The property is great for a few days stay. It is equipped with pretty much everything you need, the free bottle of wine is a nice touch. Somebody mentioned in a review I read that the apartment is rather dark inside and that is certainly true for the apartment we stayed at, there is no window. But there is a nice area outside around the pool where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air and hang out in privacy. The pool itself is a little bit on the cold side for my taste….Odin is a very nice host……
