“The condo was really very nice. Mostly updated and great for a couple or a small family. The management company was awful! They took anywhere from 2 to 5 days to respond to emails. The unit had an ironing board, but no iron. There was not one clothes hanger in the condo! The management company replied on the departure day that because there were no hangers listed on the amenity list, there were none in the condo. I ended up buying some, but that was just crazy! We really liked the unit, but I……

“A great condo with a nice view and constant sound of the waterfall. The deck was our favorite spot for all meals and relaxing but really nicely decorated and comfy throughout. ”

“We were a group of 14 family members staying before Christmas to ride the polar express. Finding the parking lot to park was a little difficult but once we figures it out, there were no further issues. The apartment was just as pictured and fit everyone great. There were some cobwebs around, but everything else was clean. Some of the furniture was torn up and the sectional couch in the great room slid around/seperated anytime someone sat or got up, but was manageable. A couple negatives to……

“The house was nice and centrally located that made the experience one to never forget. The condo was fully stocked with a few minor kitchen utensils needed but one can manage w/o them. Also, there was a few minor situations that was handled in a timely fashion by the management company. Communication was well and greatly appreciated. The resort has enough to keep you busy if the weather is rainy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. ”
