“So our stay was good but we went on new years and our kids were a little excited about watching the ball drop. We got a complaint for being to noisy. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more. ”
