“too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience”

“Very nice and friendly staff. Place is very nice and modern although in classic Polish Highlander style. Food was excellent and there was no problem to accommodate different diatary needs. There is an great spa in the basement with sauna and salt cave to relax. ”

“The rooms are clean and functional as the facility is primarily as a lodge for skiing and hiking. The staff was exceptional. We had purchased flowers as a gift for relatives and upon seeing us taking them to our room, the staff provided us with a vase to keep them in water until we were ready to deliver them.
