“Good hotel and staff ”

“The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. ”

“No official check in .. appreciate it was a bank hol & probably skeleton staff. Room was absolutely freezing upon arrival .. not what we wanted after a 7 hr drive. Pleasant staff, comfy bed, everything clean, good menu & bar choice & service, good food. ”

“Reception welcome was great. Evening meal was absolutely delicious (seared monk fish medallions and garlic butter). Room was clean a organised, hot drink facility, full range of clean needing and towels. Easy check out and free parking. Staff were efficient and welcoming. One smallish moan, the shower temperature was intermittent, cool then hot then cool again continually. Took a bit of adjusting to get an acceptable hot AND cool. Great location for business reasons. I will book again.”

“This hotel was ok, although the staff could have been more attentive. The food options for dinner were great, and I did find that service better than the hotel in general. The room was quite small and the 'wet room' concept never works well!”

“Lovely hotel stayed for a night as a family made use ofnpool which was fab- clean and in good condition Restaurant was good food was lovely hot and quick service kids were catered for very well. Lobby/reception area was very nice well kept and smelt amazing staff very friendly Rooms were comfortable and clean we were by the road no noice of traffic only critisism was room was a slightly dated. ”

Glad överraskning att det ingick Continental frukost, vilket inte hade beskrivits i bokningen. Trevligt att kunna utnyttja fasciliteterna på kvällen för att umgås med vänner eller dylikt. Nära till fin strandpromenad. ”
