It was perfectly located about 4-5 minutes drive from my daughter’s off-campus apartment while still being quieter than if we’d stayed closer to campus. A first floor unit with nice, high ceilings. Very dry and clean and on a quiet block. Nicely updated bathroom. Cute decor.
