“This was our second stay at this location, our first through Vrbo. We mostly utilized the Nelson House as overflow housing while the rest of my family stayed down the street at my childhood home. We just slept and showered there, and for that purpose, it worked perfectly. Nick and Brianna are always responsive if needed and as always, I love that you can walk to the Carrollton/St. Charles street car line, bus stop, Walgreens and Robért’s Market. Riccobono’s Cafe is a quick hop, skip and a jump……

“My husband and I booked Curtis’ spot for Tulane graduation. It was perfectly located about 4-5 minutes drive from my daughter’s off-campus apartment while still being quieter than if we’d stayed closer to campus. A first floor unit with nice, high ceilings. Very dry and clean and on a quiet block. Nicely updated bathroom. Cute decor. They provided nice touches like snacks and the offer of an ironing board and steamer for our dress clothes.We never cooked because we had so much going on, but the……

“We stayed for 2 nights for our daughters graduation at Tulane. The house is extremely well maintained and very convenient to Tulane.The host is responsive and quick to help.We would definitely stay again.”

“While we were staying here weather knocked out the power. This of course is out of the property owners hands. However, I think they should keep light sources on hand like a camping lantern or flashlights for these situations because sitting in darkness for 5 hours was not pleasant. Especially since several water roaches/palmetto bugs took the darkness as a cue to come out and walk around the living room.”
