“Very easy check-in and the cabin is comfortable, well-maintained, and clean! We enjoyed the kitchen especially, bc it was very well-appointed. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Very nice home for large groups or families. Having three legit master bedrooms was a very nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and kitchen gadgets. Hot tub and bbq worked great. Two minor critiques: the downstairs to upstairs is a loft-type design so noise carries, and pool access was in the listing but not actually available for short term guests according to the pool staff. Even if there is a work-around for the pool passes, the pool/resort fee is 24/person - not viable for a large……

“This cute A Frame house has a lot of great amenities, including a one car attached garage and a loft that has an actual door that closes on the sleeping space - so many lofts are fully open to below and thus loud! Check in was easy. Thanks! ”

“We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we unfortunately had some bad experiences, most of which were avoidable by the property managers - we had to deal with mice running around in the house, not cool, not hygienic and freaked everyone out- house was in beaten up shape with need for lots of updates - beds were saggy, couches were old, dinning table seats had no cushions and hurt our butts, drains were clogged- TVs are old and running on not so reliable platforms- Basketball hoops was broken……

“We had a fantastic time staying at the dogwoods cabin! The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and the shower pressure was great. Two very important things for me and my wife. The front has one of the only grass yards in the neighborhood which was great for us and our dog. The backyard had a nice deck and the privacy created by the trees was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We stayed here to be close to the wedding venue and extended family, many of them visited us at the cabin because it was so close to the venue. We were glad to be able to get ready and visit everyone. ”

“The house needs a lot of improvements, bathroom on main floor won’t lock, there were mosquitoes and insects, some of us had insects bites, kitchen and living were good. We had a hard time placing 10 people in the rooms because some are single men and women. Provide more bed linens and don’t serve worn out towels. It was a bit warm inside the house even if we turn on the ac lower. The cot/air bed we tried to use has a leak. We did not sleep well. It could have been better.”

“This house was wonderful for a big group and had a wonderful layout. Monica was amazing and so responsive with her messages. We all enjoyed the game room and hot tub after a long day at the beach and Truckee. 10-15 minute drive to Donner Lake and the downtown area. Would highly recommend. We will be back!”

“This house is beautiful, well stocked, clean and comfy. The location is great, close to Tahoe Donner ski area and Glacier Way Trailhead (for snowshoeing, xcountry ski & snow play). The view from the house is amazing. The house has garage parking and interior staircase to house which was transporting gear in snow. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall, this property was everything that we could've asked for and more. Things we liked: Amazing views off of 3 separate decks. Great kitchen that was fully stocked - bring food and you should have all the tools to make it. Movie Theater seating and ease of using said movie theater (we just brought a laptop). Responsiveness of the property manager - she responded within 2 hours when I texted her on a Sunday night. Sauna, steam room, and hot tub all were awesome, only issue was space because……
